Bigg Boss Tamil 8: Maharaja actor Sachana gets eliminated after 24 hours

Actor Sachana Namidass, who was seen playing the role of Vijay Sethupathi’s daughter in Maharaja, was eliminated from Bigg Boss Tamil 8. She is the youngest contestant of this season and became the first person to be sent out of the house. She received a lot of votes from the rest of the contestants and hence, her journey on the show was cut short in just 24 hours.
On October 6, Vijay Sethupathi welcomed 18 contestants on the show during the inaugural episode, which went on for nearly five hours. This year, the theme of the show is Men vs Women and the house is split into two halves.

Soon, Bigg Boss announced that the first elimination would happen within 24 hours. The contestants were asked to vote for one person based on their behaviour or performance in 24 hours and asked them to present a valid reason to eliminate a person.
Unfortunately, Sachana Namidass received the majority of the votes and was eliminated. She was asked to break the trophy, which was given to her by Vijay Sethupathi during the inaugural episode.

Sachana broke down in tears as she exited the house and wished everyone good luck for the game. The rest of the contestants tried to console her and wished her the best in her career.
On the work front, Sachana was seen playing pivotal roles in two Tamil films – August 16, 1947 and Maharaja.
